The City of Monmouth, IL (City) invites submission of Proposals for a factory built water treatment plant (WTP) fully assembled, piped, and wired, including installation of Owner-furnished equipment (softening treatment; high service pumps; electrical equipment); chemical storage and dosing equipment; piping; electrical equipment; instrumentation, controls, and all required components for a fully complete and operable system, factory start-up services, and testing; delivery, assembly, and start-up support on site in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP). Question Deadline 06/17/2025 Written requests for interpretation of the Proposal Documents will be accepted via e-mail . No oral requests for interpretations will be accepted. Requests should be sent to: Samantha Weidenbenner, Project Manager SWeidenbenner@woodardcuran.com Cc: Kyla Strickler, Engineer KStrickler@woodardcurran.com The City intends to select an Equipment Supplier and will enter into a Statement of Intent with the Equipment Supplier as a result of this RFP. A contract will not be awarded. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals submitted and waive informalities and technicalities. The City will review and analyze each Proposal and reserves the right to interview selected Proposers. The City will select the Proposer, which in the City's opinion, has submitted the Proposal deemed to comply with the terms of Proposal Documents and best suited to meet the needs and goals of the City and its operations.
