Renovation of an office development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Adding a Breakroom on the 5th Floor of the SLC City Hall. Contractor shall modify the designated area plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression services, and architectural systems as specified on the Contract Documents. The Base Bid includes all the area's basic utility services and envelope upgrades. The Add Alternates and Allowances consist of all the interchangeable items, such as Casework and Finishes. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Adding a Breakroom on the 5th Floor of the SLC City Hall. Contractor shall modify the designated area plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression services, and architectural systems as specified on the Contract Documents. The Base Bid includes all the area's basic utility services and envelope upgrades. The Add Alternates and Allowances consist of all the interchangeable items, such as Casework and Finishes. Bid security must equal at least 5 percent of the total amount of the Bid. The Bid security must guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Work, will promptly enter into the Construction Contract to perform the Work in the manner required by the Contract Documents. Bidders must deliver Bid security to OWNER at the time they deliver their Bid. If Bid Security is not delivered with the Bid, the Bid will not be read or accepted. If a Bidder submits a bid electronically using Bonfire, the Bid security must be an electronic or scanned Bid bond. OWNER will not accept an emailed or faxed Bid bond. If a Bidder submits a bid by U.S. mail or hand-delivery, the Bid security must be either a hard-copy original Bid bond or a hard-copy original cashier's check. Electronic or scanned copies, photocopies, or facsimile transmissions of bonds will not be accepted with hard-copy Bid submission. Bid security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract.
