Prepare construction plans and specifications to remove the existing underground fuel tanks and provide new above ground tanks that connect into the existing fueling system while protecting the existing building. The Project's Goals include: - Replace the existing fuel tanks with a minimum downtime since temporary fueling will be required until the new tanks are functional. - An efficient design that meets project needs within available budget. - Protect existing fueling building structure while excavating and removing old tanks. - Complete design as early as possible in 2025 so the project can be bid and built prior to the end of 2026.
