As of August 13, 2025, project was awarded to Lily Enterprises, Inc., awarded amount is $1000.00. The City of Springfield is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of NS Fernald Street (05065-0001). Prospective developers should undertake their own reviews and reach their own conclusions concerning zoning, title and survey matters, required approvals, physical conditions, environmental conditions, reuse potential, utility services and development, leasehold, legal and other considerations. Proposers are responsible for making their own determinations of existing conditions. NS Fernald Street (Parcel ID #05065-0001) is on a private street in a residential neighborhood in the Pine Point neighborhood. Development of this parcel would require installation of a roadway and may require a zone change. The site is 28,578 sq. ft. with an assessed value of $45,700. It is zoned for Residence A. In order to provide prompt answers to questions, the Chief Procurement Officer requests that all proposers submit written questions to the Office of Procurement at City Hall, not later than June 10, 2025.
