City of Ottawa - Infrastructure and Water Services Department (IWSD), Design and Construction Municipal Branch (DCMB) requires a contractor to perform CP000840, the Integrated Renewal and Sewer Separation, Jeffrey, Braemar, et al, in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings, attached/referenced herein. At the time of tendering, the Tenderer shall submit, with its Tender, a deposit in the form of an electronic bid bond from the Tenderer's surety in favour of the City of Ottawa. The amount of the Tender deposit shall equal at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price.
