Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Leander, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Leander, herein after "City", seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after "Respondent", to provide Professional Services, herein "Services", required for Planning, Design, and Construction phase services for the City of Leander RM 2243 Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) expansion. Questions Due Date: Jun 18th 2025, 5:00 PM CDT Pre bid notes: The City considers this pre-submission meeting non-mandatory but we strongly suggest attending to give Respondents a better understanding of the project. However, if a respondent chooses not to attend, this will not disqualify the Respondent. A non-mandatory plant or project site tour will be conducted to give respondents a better understanding of the project. To attend the site tour, attendees must wear steel-toed boots, safety vests, and hardhats. Personal protective equipment will not be provided. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
