The City of Plaza is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Plaza 2025 Utility Improvements No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. The Project includes the following Work: Contract No. 1 - BASE BID General Construction: Work generally consists of approximately 2,548 linear feet of internal inspection of sewer mainlines (both pre- and post-construction); 2,548 linear feet of sanitary sewer cleaning, prepping, and lining; 16 CIPP liner end seals; 57 lateral connection seals; traffic control; and sanitary sewer bypass pumping. Contract No. 1 - ALTERNATE #1 General Construction: Work generally consists of approximately 5,905 linear feet of internal inspection of sewer mainlines (both pre- and post-construction); 5,905 linear feet of sanitary sewer cleaning, prepping, and lining; 40 CIPP liner end seals; 141 lateral connection seals; traffic control; and sanitary sewer bypass pumping. Contract No. 1 - ALTERNATE #2 General Construction: Work generally consists of approximately 1,746 linear feet of internal inspection of sewer mainlines (both pre- and post-construction); 1,746 linear feet of sanitary sewer cleaning, prepping, and lining; 10 CIPP liner end seals; 39 lateral connection seals; traffic control; and sanitary sewer bypass pumping. Contract No. 1 - ALTERNATE #3 General Construction: Work generally consists of approximately 2,921 linear feet of internal inspection of sewer mainlines (both pre- and post-construction); 2,921 linear feet of sanitary sewer cleaning, prepping, and lining; 16 CIPP liner end seals; 54 lateral connection seals; traffic control; and sanitary sewer bypass pumping. The Project has an expected duration of 1 month. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractor's license and bid security. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid and must be in the form of a bidder's bond. The bidder shall be licensed for the full amount of the bid as required by section 43-07-12 of the NDCC. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received, and further reserves the right to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to hold the three (3) low Bids for a period of forty-five (45) days after the day of the Bid opening to complete financial arrangements.
