RFSQ for Small Scale Services VOR (Architects, General Contractors, Electrical and Mecahncial Contractors, Landscaping Services) The Work is to be performed from the contract award date (anticipated to be July 2025) for a period of 2 Years. The description of any options as follows: Two optional extensions of one year each (1+1) This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is issued by the University Health Network (UHN) to solicit Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) list for General Architects, General Contractor, Electrical and Mechanical Contractors and Landscaping Services, as detailed in the RFSQ documents. The purpose of this VOR is to streamline procurement and ensure reliable access to qualified vendors for various small to mid-sized construction and renovation projects across UHN's facilities. The selection target is as follows: VOR Category - Anticipated Procurement Value range - Total Number of Prequalified Suppliers Architectural Services ($0 - $150,000 range) Up to Five (7) companies General Contractors ($0 - $250,000 range) Up to (10) Landscaping Contractors ($0 - $250,000 range) Up to Five (5) Mechanical Contractors ($0 - $150,000 range) Up to (7) Electrical Contractors ($0 - $150,000 range) Up to (7)
