Renovation of an educational facility in Mission, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project involves a comprehensive upgrade of the existing HVAC system at the school. The scope includes: 1. Replacement of the existing air handling units AHU-1, AHU-2, and AHU-3 with new high-efficiency units. 2. Installation of new VRF heat pumps integrated with the new air handling units. 3. Replacement of the existing relief fans RF-1, RF-2, and RF-3 with new units incorporated into the new air handling units. 4. Replacement of the existing exhaust fans EF-1, EF-2, and EF-3 with new roof-mounted exhaust fans. 5. Upgrade of the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) system to support and optimize the new HVAC equipment. 6. Completion of all associated electrical, structural, and general construction work required for the HVAC upgrade. 7. Start-up, testing, and commissioning of all new systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance with performance standards. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
