The Contract Documents comprise the entire Contract between the DEPARTMENT and the CONTRACTOR concerning the Work. The Contract Documents are complementary; what is called for by one is as binding as if called for by all. The Contract Documents will be construed in accordance with the Regulatory Requirements of the place of the Project. It is specifically agreed between the parties executing this Contract that it is not intended by any of the provisions of the Contract to create in the public or any member thereof a third party benefit, or to authorize anyone not a party to this Contract to maintain a suit pursuant to the terms or provisions of the Contract. This state funded project will include all necessary construction services as required to complete interior renovation work at the Fairbanks Youth Facility building at 1502 Wilbur Street in Fairbanks, Alaska. Engineer's Estimate Range Between $200,000 and $500,000. To be responsive, a bid must include a bid guaranty equal to 5% of the amount bid, The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of the contract All work shall be completed in N/A Calendar Days, or by September 30, 2025.
