TR Gallo Waterfront Park is a cultural and recreational facility along the Rondout Creek one half mile upstream of the confluence with the Hudson River. Owned and operated by the City of Kingston, the park was created in 1984 as part of New York State's Urban Cultural Parks System and consists primarily of recreational area, parking lot, and docks. In 2010, the park was expanded to include a waterfront promenade alongside Rondout Creek.
