Their use does not confer a license or grant for other purposes. .4 Contractors who are planning on submitting a bid are encouraged to advise 1080 Architecture so that we can put you on our bidders list. 1.7 DOCUMENT EXAMINATION .1 The Bid Documents are to be read in full by all trades, to acquaint them with the full nature of the Work required. Failure to do so will not relieve them of the responsibility of completing the work, nor for co-ordination of labour, materials, equipment, etc., necessary for the proper execution of the Contract. .2 Upon receipt of Bid Documents verify that documents are complete; notify Consultant should the documents be incomplete. .3 Bidders finding discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Drawings, Specifications or other documents, or having doubt as to the meaning or intent of any part thereof, shall at once notify the Architect who will send written instructions or explanations to all bidders. Should the Contractor fail to notify the Architect of discrepancies or omissions before the deadline date preceding close of tenders, then the Architect shall decide the materials and quantities to be supplied. 1.8 SITE EXAMINATION .1 A site walk through has not been scheduled.
