Renovation of a mixed-use development in Eyebrow, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Contractors are invited to submit a formal Offer to Prairie South School Division No. 210 to perform work as detailed in the attached Contract Documents. Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca SUMMARY OF WORK .1 The scope of Work consists of removal of demolition and rebuild of existing school gymnasium changerooms, including all associated mechanical and electrical. Except as otherwise specified, the Work shall include the supply of all labour, equipment, materials, fittings, fixtures and services necessary or reasonably incidental to the completion of all Work shown on the drawings and as specified. .2 Contacts: .1 Owner: .1 Prairie South School Division No. 210 1075 - 9th Avenue NW, Moose Jaw, SK .2 Architect (Prime Consultant): .1 1080 Architecture, Planning + Interiors .3 Sub Consultants: .1 Mechanical - HDA Engineering LTD .2 Electrical - Alfa Engineering LTD 1.4 CONTRACT DOCUMENTS IDENTIFICATION .1 The Contract Documents are identified as CHANGEROOM RENOVATION, EYEBROW SCHOOL, Project Number 25006 as prepared by 1080 Architecture, Planning + Interiors and listed in the Table of Contents. 1.5 BID AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 1 Bid Documents: The Contract Documents supplemented with Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, bid securities, and Bid Supplementary Forms identified. .2 Contract Documents: Defined in CCDC 2 - Stipulated Price-2020 Agreement, General Conditions and Definitions and Supplementary Conditions to CCDC 2 as identified in Section 00 73 03 Supplementary Instructions. 1.6 DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY .1 An electronic version of Bid Documents can be obtained by bidders, at www.sasktenders.ca. .2 An electronic version of Bid Documents can be viewed at Saskatchewan Construction Associations. .3 Bid Documents are made available only for the purpose of obtaining offers for this project. Their use does not confer a license or grant for other purposes. .4 Contractors who are planning on submitting a bid are encouraged to advise 1080 Architecture so that we can put you on our bidders list. 1.7 DOCUMENT EXAMINATION .1 The Bid Documents are to be read in full by all trades, to acquaint them with the full nature of the Work required. Failure to do so will not relieve them of the responsibility of completing the work, nor for co-ordination of labour, materials, equipment, etc., necessary for the proper execution of the Contract. .2 Upon receipt of Bid Documents verify that documents are complete; notify Consultant should the documents be incomplete. .3 Bidders finding discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Drawings, Specifications or other documents, or having doubt as to the meaning or intent of any part thereof, shall at once notify the Architect who will send written instructions or explanations to all bidders. Should the Contractor fail to notify the Architect of discrepancies or omissions before the deadline date preceding close of tenders, then the Architect shall decide the materials and quantities to be supplied. 1.8 SITE EXAMINATION .1 A site walk through has not been scheduled. The reply will be in the form of an addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known bidders and posted on SaskTenders.
