The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 6,200 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway apron replacement; 1,600 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter replacement; 450 square feet of concrete valley gutter; 7,000 square yards of fine grading of pulverized asphalt pavement; 1,750 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement; epoxy pavement markings; turf restoration; and related miscellaneous work. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder maximum Bid price OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Prequalification forms will be provided with Bidding Document sets. Completed forms are to be submitted no later than 4 P.M., local time, on Thursday, May 29, 2025. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing.
