Garrett Mill Road over Ridley Creek Bridge Rehabilitation The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of the Garrett Mill Road Bridge over Ridley Creek, including required erosion and sediment pollution control items. All work will be completed with Willistown Township's legal right-of-way and be completed from the existing / proposed bridge deck or the Garrett Mill Road approach roadway. All work is to be in conformance with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Publication 408 Specifications and the Contract Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the forms furnished in the bid documents package and unit prices are entered directly into online . Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of not less than ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall be bound to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the contract price on bond forms provided by Owner.
