Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Point Leamington, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) **Please note: There has been 2 addenda added to this tender** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/28 02:00:00 PM NDT General: The supply and installation of approximately 960 meters of 200 mm watermain. The supply and installation of one (1) fire hydrant. The installation of water service piping to complete the installation of 46 household services from the new water main up to the new curb stops. The removal and patching of approximately 500 square meters of asphalt pavement. All reinstatement and cleaning of properties as required. The completion of all deficiencies as directed by the Engineer including final cleanup and demobilization from the project site. The above general outline of principal aspects of the project does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to furnish all required labor, equipment and materials to perform all work as detailed on the Project Drawings and required by the Contract Documents.
