The Village of Oak Brook is seeking sealed bids for the 2025 Streets Improvements Project. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening of bids without the consent of the Village of Oak Brook for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of opening bids. The Village of Oak Brook reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The 2025 Streets Improvements Project Scope of Work includes but is not limited to Hot-mix asphalt resurfacing, curb and gutter repair, concrete shoulder repair, driveway removal and replacement, adjustment of utility structures, pavement markings, parkway restoration, and other incidental and miscellaneous items of work. The Bidder shall supply all required supervision, skilled labor, transportation, new materials, apparatus, and tools necessary for the entire and proper completion of the work. The Bidder shall supply, maintain, and remove all equipment for the performance of the work and be responsible for the safe, proper, and lawful construction, maintenance, and use of the same. This work shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Village. The Bidder shall provide adequate protection of the job site to protect the general public from any injury as a result of the job. The Bidder shall provide all safeguards and suitable barricades to protect public and adjacent property. The Village is not responsible for site safety. The Bidder is solely and exclusively responsible for construction means, methods, technologies, and site safety.
