As of October 9, 2025, per the owner, this project is in the evaluation phase, and no additional updates are available at this time. .................................... The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced design consultants (Proposers). The scope will include the design of a passive-use park that will be situated on the roof of Headworks Reservoir West, a potable drinking water reservoir at the Tom LaBonge Headworks Water Complex. In addition to the primary scope, option items will be included for potential expansion to Headworks Reservoir East and an approximately 1,000-foot pathway.
