The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), through its Direction régionale de la Côte-Nord, within the Direction générale du territoire public, wishes to award a professional service contract for the conduct of phase I and II assessment studies on several lots of a residential area in the municipality of Natashquan in the Côte-Nord region. In addition to the assessment studies, the service provider will have to carry out an archaeological potential assessment study and an archaeological inventory if necessary. The mandate also includes visual inspection and characterization of buildings to determine the presence of contaminants. The service provider will also need to produce a rehabilitation plan and a detailed cost estimate for the decommissioning and rehabilitation work.
