Building: Various locations Period/Time to Completion: The contract will be valid for one year from the date of award. The agreement will have two one-year renewal options. These options may be exercised at the request of the contractor and with the agreement of the contractor. All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total bid cost, including applicable fees in favour of the School Service Centre. This bid guarantee must be submitted in one of the following forms: An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution valid for a period of 45 days following the opening date of bids.
