Reference number: 20071419 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-05-29 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 4 The Rivière et Vallée Housing Authority is requesting tenders for a project: Roof repairs and replacement of ventilation systems at 50 et 60 rue Ludger-Leblanc in Amqui under a fixed contract. BID GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety by authorized company equivalent to: - 10% of the bid amount, valid for 45 days from the bid submission deadline; - In the form of a certified cheque, mandate, bank draft on behalf of the organization, irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit of the said applicant or obligations payable to the bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the maturity must not exceed five years. The value of these obligations must be 10% of the bid amount and be valid for 45 days from the closing date for submission of bids. The security must be attached to the bid.
