Residential curbside collection, transportation and disposal of solid waste and recyclable materials within the Draper City limits. Ref. #: RFP 25-13 Question Deadline 05/26/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions through Online Portal Draper City (the "City") is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractor to provide comprehensive curbside collection, transportation, and disposal of solid waste and the collection and processing of curbside recyclable materials for residential properties within the city limits located on private streets; currently serviced by Draper City Solid Waste. The initial contract term is five (5) years, with options for two (2) additional three (3)-year renewals. Currently, the City has approximately 1,391 residential customers on private roads with solid waste containers serviced through weekly curbside collection. Additionally, these customers also have residential recycling containers which require every other week curbside collection. See "Attachment D" for map and list. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive solid waste management services for these private road residents within Draper City. The selected contractor will collect curbside solid waste and recyclable materials and deliver them to approved processing facilities. The City is eager to establish a long-term partnership with a contractor who can efficiently and effectively manage waste collection operations to these private roads while ensuring full compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and best practices.
