Project work includes: Renovate the original kitchen to ensure modern safety standards and functionality. Complete restoration of Band Room. Renovate the library to create collaborative learning space to enhance engagement and teamwork. Middle School Maker Lab to support authentic, hands-on, project-based learning. Update door hardware and rekey the building to improve safety and security. Upgrade original well distribution. • Replace HVAC equipment to improve heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality. Upgrade electrical infrastructure to improve safety, reliability, and capacity. Upgrade building clock and PA system to improve safety and communication. Upgrade Middle School entrance to improve safety and accessibility. As of July 31, 2025, this project is in the pre-construction phase. The bond has been approved. An architect and construction manager have been selected for the project.
