**As of July 09, 2025, the project was awarded to Interstate Grading & Paving, Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,830,602.50.** Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work necessary and incidental to the completion of the project known as PAVEMENT REHABILITATION 2025 (MAUDE AND LAKEHAVEN), ST-24-08 consisting of rehabilitation of Maude Avenue from N. Mathilda Avenue to Fair Oaks Avenue and Lakehaven Drive from Silverlake Drive to Lawrence Expressway, within the limits shown on the plans. Pavement rehabilitation shall include AC grinding, digouts and HMA overlay. In addition: minor concrete work, pavement repair, striping and pavement markings, adjusting and replacing non-standard utility boxes, manhole covers, valve covers, and monument covers to finished grade, traffic signal modification work and replacement of In-Roadway Warning Lights, according to plans and specifications prepared by the City of Sunnyvale and according to the contract documents. Project is to be completed within a total maximum of (one hundred) (100) working days.
