Work Site Name & Location Jake's 58 Casino Hotel, 3635 Express Drive North, Islandia, Ny 11749 Work Detail o Saw Cut, install drainage tie into existing storm drain and expand asphalt walkway from valet building o Widen the existing walkway for additional four (04) feet North. Must be level to meet ADA requirements and guidelines o Restripe & extend blue paint parking markings as per existing o Mark out for underground utilities o Sawcut and removal of existing pavement and fill o Installation of six (06) inch of RCA Base o Furnish and Install Type C Catch Basin without Curb Box o Tie into the existing drainage system with twelve (12) HDPE Pipe o Repair walls of the existing drainage manhole and make connection o Rebuild top of existing structure for drainage manhole o Sawcut and removal of existing pavement at speed table to increase width o Backfill and repair asphalt in areas disturbed by drainage install o Mill/saw cut areas, adjust base, as needed.
