The County of Rockland is seeking to purchase a chemical agent with the ability to liquefy hard, soap-like grease deposits in municipal sewer collection systems, and the ability to maintain said deposits in a liquid (flowable) state indefinitely. Primary user of this agent is the Rockland County Sewer District #1 (RCSD#1) and they are currently using Fusion 300. Bidders shall submit unit pricing in accordance with the proposal pages for a chemical agent as Fusion 300, JetPower II TERMS: One (1) year with four (4) one-year options The undersigned reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal or proposals as submitted, or as modified, which in the opinion of the undersigned will be in the best interests of the County of Rockland.
