Renovation of a municipal facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Owner, Downtown Emergency Service Center, invites licensed and bonded HVA/c Contractors in Washington State to submit a proposal to perform all the work necessary in the removal and replacement of six (6) gas packs to fully electric heat pump package units, the removal and replacement of one (1) gas MAU to a new heat pump style MAU, replacement and balancing of nine (9) exhaust fans that serve resident bathrooms, new CAR style dampers in 64 units and 5 laundry rooms, and duct repair/sealing as needed. DESC would also prefer the HVA/c contractor to hire a license and bonded electrical contractor for thisjob as they will be working closely together. This is not required. We are also looking at adding DDC controls to these units as a possible addition to this project.
