The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA or Department), an agency of the State of Texas, issues this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified Respondents for to provide a storage facility comprised of approximately 2,000 square feet available for the exclusive use of TDA in Dallas, Texas. Class/Item Code: 97170-Storage Space Rental Or Lease; The primary purpose of this storage facility is to permit TDA's Marketing and Public Outreach Division to store a considerable number of items in Dallas, Texas specifically related to the GO TEXAN Pavilion (Pavilion) at the State Fair of Texas. The storage facility must be accessible by forklift to move pallets of materials in and out of the facility. As described in this Section II and in this solicitation. TDA's objective is to obtain the services that represent the best value for TDA and the State of Texas, according to the terms and conditions of this solicitation INITIAL CONTRACT TERM: The Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and continue through 8/31/2026, unless sooner terminated under the terms of the contract.
