Reference Number 0000387402 The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bid proposals for the Water Treatment Plant Annual Elevator Maintenance Services as specified in bid document. This is an All or None, 3-year agreement. General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Contract duration is 3 years with service to begin July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. Total of three (3) elevators listed in "Elevator Information and Specifications" to be serviced under the agreement/contract. Purchase order to be created annually and will be in line with the City's fiscal year, July through June. Service agreement/contract shall not automatically renew. The City reserves the right to determine equivalent. the City reserves the right to split said bid to our best benefit.
