The primary roof at the Hall of Justice is experiencing multiple failures, and a study is needed to determine the scope of work required to repair it. The roof membrane has detached in large areas, has damaged boots around equipment mounts, is leaking water into underlying insulation, and is currently being held down via ballasts. A study is needed to determine the cause of the damage and provide recommendations for repairs, as well as providing a cost analysis for this work. The current project scope will be for a phase 100 study as well as cost estimation. Question Deadline 06/05/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Please do not submit online questions via online.
