Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are requested consists of approximately 2,550 lineal feet of street construction, consisting of bituminous and concrete pavement removal, concrete curb and gutter removal, concrete sidewalk and driveway approach removal, clearing and grubbing of trees, sanitary sewer and services, water main and services, storm sewer, unclassified excavation, grading, preparation of subbase, crushed aggregate base course, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, bituminous and concrete pavement, epoxy pavement marking, and lawn restoration. 5% bid security is required.
