Site work for a water / sewer project in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of August 19, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 16th, 2025.** Construction of the Central Wyoming Regional Water System Water Treatment Plant Ozone and UV Improvements. Ozone system improvements may include the replacement of the existing ozone generators and cooling system, nitrogen feed system, and other ancillary equipment to ensure adequate virus and giardia inactivation on both groundwater and surface water sources. UV system improvements may include installation of UV reactors to ensure adequate giardia and cryptosporidium inactivation on both groundwater and surface water sources. Preconstruction services, including but not limited to value engineering constructability, risk review, cost modeling, and scheduling from a qualified CMAR is desired. During the preconstruction process the CMAR will develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for review by the city. Approval of the GMP is required before proceeding with any related construction activities. Question Deadline 05/30/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Proposer must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Proposal Documents to Owner's Project Team in writing.
