Reference Number 0000293492 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/06/10 03:00:00 PM EDT GTAA is launching the High Priority Program to address urgent and critical projects that require immediate action. The High Priority Program focuses on projects that fall outside the scope of other established initiatives, such as the Accelerator Program, Gateway Program, Technology Program and T1/T3 Revitalization Program. These projects are crucial due to pressing safety concerns or the existence of single points of failure that could disrupt operations. GTAA is issuing this Request for Proposals to obtain Proposals from Proponents with the necessary experience, qualifications, behaviours and resources to perform the design-build work for the phase one of the HPP. GTAA reserves the right, in its sole discretion to: (i) consider or reject conditional or alternate submissions; (ii) suspend, defer, cancel or alter any aspect of this RFP; (iii) if this RFP is cancelled, subsequently advertise or call for new submissions for the same or different subject matter of this RFP with the same or different participants; (iv) if only one Proposal is received, elect to accept or reject it or enter into a Contract with the Proponent Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
