Project 3 Interior Upgrades / Fit-out of Conference Room and Speech Room Project 3: Fit-out of small Conference Room and Speech Room, which includes: cutting 2 new interior openings in exiting masonry interior masonry walls for a new wood door in HM frame and a new HM frame vision panel, furring & GWB, new lighting & HVAC including provision of new ductwork, and minor modification to the existing sprinkler system. Lehigh Valley Dual Language Charter School will receive separate sealed bids for construction for renovations at the existing Lehigh Valley Dual Language Charter School at 675 E. Broad Street Bethlehem PA 18018. Two copies of all bids must be sealed and addressed as follows: Lehigh Valley Dual Language Charter School, ATTN: Ms. Elsie Perez CEO/COO; marked "Proposal Project 1 HVAC Unit Replacement, Project 2 Interior Lighting Replacement, or Project 3 Interior Upgrades / Fit-out of Conference Room and Speech Room". Prime bids are being received for General Construction, Mechanical Construction and Electrical Construction. Bids will only be accepted from pre-registered bidders.
