Renovation of a parking garage in Lansdowne, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Steel support columns (2) within the Public Works Garage have been identified requiring repairs to remediate the onset of corrosion. The affected columns will require mechanical components removed to make repairs and reset following repairs. Cleaning of corroded surfaces, rust inhibiting application to be completed prior to any required steel repairs. Steel prepped to accept carbon fiber wrap. Carbon fiber wrap applied according to engineer specifications. Repairs to be completed down to the footing to the height of Six (6) feet above grade. Concrete to be repoured with 2% slope from columns.
