Reference Number 0000387531 Purchase Type Term: 07/01/2025 - 07/01/2026 Option: Four (4) One-year (1 year) renewals The City of Oceanside is soliciting proposals for Hydrogen Peroxide for Fiscal Year 2025-26. The City operates two water treatment plants, two wastewater treatment plants, and one advanced water treatment plant. Each one has specific requirements and testing procedures. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to develop a fair and reasonable price guarantee for quality chemicals and prompt, reliable service from the selected vendor(s). The CITY is requesting pricing for five fiscal years. The City reserves the right to request new proposals for pricing at any time. The Special Provisions attached contain terms and conditions that apply to all proposals. The City of Oceanside Hydrogen Peroxide Chemical Specifications (Exhibit A) provides the location-specific requirements. Proposals may be submitted for any and/or all locations. Pricing should be submitted on the attached pricing sheet (Exhibit B).
