Benesch has been contracted by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to perform bridge preservation design work for District 8-0 bridges in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties. The contract for 'Non-Professional Services for the Inspection of PennDOT District 8-0 Bridge Inspections MPMS No.'s 119211 and 119212 will be awarded as described below. The contract will extend from May 29, 2025, to August 31, 2025. Non-professional services includes the use of under bridge inspection access inspection support services and maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) during inspections. Proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles per manufacturer specifications is required. Workdays may not be consecutive and will be subject to weather conditions. Benesch reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of days required or structures inspected for Non-Professional Services as necessary for the successful completion of the District 8-0 Bridge Preservation Work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
