A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Peoria is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) firm to provide pre-construction and construction services for the 96th Avenue Lift Station, dual sewer force main, and gravity sewer. The City of Peoria anticipates a start date for long lead procurement and other pre-construction activities starting in July 2025. The City will be flexible with submitting firms in establishing an official construction start date. For the solicitation response, provide a project schedule documenting general construction milestones, with construction finishing by the end of July 2027. The City of Peoria's total capital budget for this project is $30,000,000 The City expects the CM@R to partner during the design to identify and mitigate errors and omissions as well as suggest ways of improving economy and constructability. Submitting teams will ideally possess experience in this type of construction and delivering a project using the CM@R delivery method and should be able to demonstrate very high past client customer satisfaction beginning in the preconstruction phase through a project's warranty period.
