** As of 06/30/2025 project has been awarded to Vortex Services but no awarded amount available.** sealed bids will be received by the Township of Galloway (here- inaftercalled the "Owner") for: 2025 SANITARY SEWER MAIN LINING Payment must be made by either cash or business check,which shall be made out to Polistina & Associates, LLC. sealed bids for the above named Contract,which is comprised of the cleaning and cured-in-place slip lining of eight-inch (8"), ten-inch (10") and twelve-inch (12")diameter sanitary sewer mains located in the Township of Galloway, Atlantic County, New Jersey. The work for CONTRACT NO. 86, 2025 SANITARY SEWER MAIN LINING includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as described in the plans and specifications. The work consists of the cleaning and cured-in-place slip lining of approximately 14,937 linear feet of eight-inch (8") diameter ACPmain, 1,490 linear feet of ten- inch (10") diameter ACP main, and 4,239 linear feet of twelve-inch (12") diameter ACP main.The work is located along various roadways within the Township of Galloway. The work shall be completed within one hundred fifty (150) days of the Notice to Proceed or subject to liquidate damages of $500.00 per day. No bid will be received unless inwriting on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, provided that the said security need not be more than $20,000 nor less than $500.00 and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above. Each individual proposal must be separately enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Owner and marked on the outside with the number of the contract(s) and name of the project being bid on. After receipt of bids, no bid shall be withdrawn except as expressly authorized herein. The Owner shall award the Contract or reject all bids within 60 days of bid opening, except that the bids of any bidders who consent thereto may, at the request of the Owner, be held for consideration for such longer period as may be agreed. The Owner will evaluate bids and any award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities or irregularities in bids received.
