The City of Mansfield is soliciting sealed bids to award a contract for Fence Installation Services. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and safety equipment necessary to perform this work. Bidders will be constructing a fence of approximately 1500 feet of fencing on the North side of Brentwood townhomes located at the Noth west corner of Matlock St. and E. broad St. This fence will be to replace the South fence line for the homes that back up to the property. Bidders will be required to remove any existing fence, install new fence, and restore the homeowner's property back to its perconstitution state by the completion of the project. Bidders shall provide Two different bids based on Two different style of fencing. Style One: The fence shall be an 8-foot board on board with a capped finished that sits on a 2-foot retaining wall with a stone veneer. The wood shall be a 6-inch Cedar picket and will be stained. The finished side shall face the homeowners. Style Two: The fence shall be a 10-foot board on board with a capped finished. The wood shall be a 6-inch Cedar picket and will be stained.
