Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a pole/stick building garage addition with heating, fans and other accessories, construction of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete timber frame walls, metal roof, metal siding and trussed roof salt storage shed, including paved asphalt floor, construction of paved parking areas, electrical installation, including wiring and lighting, construction of stormwater management facilities, and other associated work as more fully described on the Construction Drawings. Question Deadline 06/03/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. All questions shall be submitted to Engineer in writing via the Public Bidding Website. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. There will be separate prime contracts for the general and electrical contractors. There is no plumbing or dedicated HVAC work associated with the project. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. South Lebanon Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
