Description

Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a stadium in Wenatchee, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The Greater Wenatchee Regional Events Center Public Facilities District, d/b/a Town Toyota Center , located in Wenatchee, Washington, is soliciting statements of qualifications from experienced architectural/engineering firms to design, engineer, prepare plans and specifications, and administer construction of a project consisting of adding locker rooms in the main event center (ice rink) at the TTC. Applicants that wish to be considered must provide: a transmittal letter on firm letterhead, 1 original written statement of qualifications, 3 written copies of said statement, and either an email or a flash drive containing a copy of the submitted statement in a standard electronic format. All costs incurred in preparing and submitting a statement in response to this RFQ shall be at the proposing firm sole risk and expense, and TTC shall not be liable for the payment or reimbursement thereof. TTC reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all statements, and/or to amend, modify or discontinue the RFQ at any time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
