Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Sayre, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Complete turnkey installation of all water, sewer and gas. Provide set up for water softener. Provide on demand hot water adequate for the facility. Water heater must be of manufacture that parts are readily available. Coordinate with builder on the installation of trench drains provided by the builder. Provide hot and cold water capabilities for outside wash down of kennel runs. Additional hot and cold water wash down capabilities inside plus one utility sink. Gas hot water, two outdoor package HVAC units. Clean up and haul off all debris. Request additional specs if interested. Recommend site visit. The City of Elk City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
