Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District is requesting qualifications from qualified engineering firms for the GENEVA RESERVOIR RECOATING project located in the Geneva Urban Growth Area adjacent to the City of Bellingham in unincorporated Whatcom County, Washington. Professional services include design, bidding, inspection, and construction contract administration. The District intends to select the most qualified firm for the project. Questions should be directed to Greg Nicoll at 360- 734-9224. Any firm failing to submit information in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Request for Qualifications may not be considered responsive and may therefore be subject to disqualification by the District. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
