Any quesOons should be emailed to the project manager by May 22nd 2025. Proposals will be received for the work as set forth in the bid package, the project generally being described as follows: This project will consist of removing and replacing the existing fence at the Cedarview Reservoir and campground. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality in same if the governing body determines that it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. No bidder will be allowed to withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract with the Owner. The project shall be complete no later than August, 2025, as specified in the bid package.
