The Chippewa Valley Technical College is requesting experienced and qualified Contractors to submit bid responses for our "Clairemont Campus Signage and Installation Project," which will be located at the CVTC Health Education Center, 615 W. Clairemont Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54701. No bid documentation will be provided or accepted through email or outside delivery service(s). Minority businesses and women's business enterprises are encouraged to submit a bid for this request. All bid responses must be guaranteed for sixty (60) days following the public bid opening. CVTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive minor irregularities, or negotiate with any Bidder at its discretion. Late submissions will be rejected. We are requesting demolition, delivery, installation, permits and warranty coverage in this request. The vendor will partner with our onsite tradesman for this request. The vendor will be responsible for handling all warranty claims with the distributor(s) and/or manufacturer(s) of the materials and products provided, if necessary. 1. Project timeline: a. Commencement July 2025 b. Completion by September 2025 2. Warranty a. Must provide a two (2) year total product warranty b. Must provide two (2) year workmanship warranty for all related work, including labor, materials, and travel costs. 3.
