Without limitation, the scope of works includes roof works, mechanical roof exits and roof access ladders. 1.3 The work will be carried out in a 3-storey building with brick masonry cladding and projecting balconies intended for families, couples and single people. Depending on the address, the buildings have 1 to 3 roof basins, depending on the number of addresses and dwellings. The buildings are accessible from the main street, via a porte cochere and/or via an alleyway, depending on the address. 1.4 During the works, the dwellings will be occupied. 1.1 According to current planning, the work is scheduled to begin towards the end of August 2025, but this date may be modified by the OMHM. In such a case, the change cannot be used to justify a request for an extension on the part of the successful bidder. 1.2 The work must be carried out within a maximum of 60 working days from the date confirmed in the letter of commitment as being the date on which the work is to begin. 1.3 The period between the award of the contract and the start of the work consists of workshop drawings, the supply of materials and equipment, any coordination required prior to the work and mobilization to the site.
