Reference number: 20157404 The OMHM is conducting an open public bidding process for the repair of roofs and roof access at the Rose-De-Lima A, B, C, and D residential buildings in Montreal, in the borough of Le Sud-Ouest / neighborhood of Saint-Henri, located at the following addresses: 160, rue Bourget 750-760, rue Saint-Ferdinand 100, rue Saint-Philippe 325, rue Saint-Philippe 805-815-825, rue Saint-Philippe 4885, rue Sainte-Emilie 220, rue Sainte-Marguerite 815, rue Sainte-Marguerite 5155, rue Sainte-Marie 125, rue Turgeon 230, rue Turgeon Replacement of roofing systems at 11 residential buildings; replacement of roof ventilation outlets, roof ventilators, plumbing vents and roof drains; installation of roof access caged ladders; relocation of balcony wall-mounted light fixtures at selected buildings; relocation of kitchen hood exhaust vents at one building; associated carpentry, flashing, waterproofing, electrical and ventilation work. The work will be performed on typical three-story buildings with brick masonry facades and projecting balconies, intended for families, couples, and single occupants. Depending on the address, the buildings have between one and three roof sections, based on the number of addresses and units. The buildings are accessible from the main street, through a carriage entrance, and/or via an alley, depending on the address. According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin in early September 2026, but this date may be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the change may not be used to justify a request for additional compensation by the contractor.
