Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hornell, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Electrical Work - Contract #105 The project consists of the construction of improvements, an addition and renovations to the Hornell Jr/Sr High School and construction of improvements to the North Hornell Elementary School. Attendees are asked to park in the Red Raider parking lot along Route 36 and will gather outside of the District office. Question Deadline 05/21/2025 at 2:00 PM ET All questions in regard to the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents will not be made verbally. Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the Owner's sales tax exemption, the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. In addition, the Bidding Documents for this project contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Bidders. These include, among other things, rigid bonding and insurance requirements, financial statements, bank references, lists of lawsuits, arbitrations or other proceedings in which the Bidder has been named as a party, a statement of surety's intent to issue Performance and Payment Bonds, and a description of other projects of similar size and scope completed by the Bidder. ** Doc info : c.)
