The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The project includes riprap lining for an inlet pool, a plunge pool at the outlet, and along embankments to prevent erosion. The project includes inchannel bypass and erosion and sediment control. The project will ensure the integrity of the road and stream. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract Contract No. 2025-156 Pinebrook Drive Culvert Rehabilitation Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the rehabilitation of an existing corrugated metal pipe which includes demolition of the section of pipe, slipline with 36 inch smooth HDPE pipe, install riprap protection, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. Proposals shall be submitted upon forms provided by the Township. Bids submitted directly to Cranberry Township will be invalid and considered non- responsive. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.
