Installation and Maintenance of Solar Lighting for Various Parks for Harris County Precinct 3 - UPIN 25103MF3NH01 (For one (1) year beginning approximately August 01, 2025) Deadline to submit Questions May 23rd 2025, 12:00 PM CDT Questions submitted to electronically 13.10% goal for participation by M/WBEs on this project. The scope of this on-call term contract includes a turnkey proposal solution that consists of the design, furnishing, and installation, testing and commissioning of solar-powered light-emitting diode (LED) luminaire assemblies for Harris County Precinct 3 parks. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the following scope, all complete, operational, and in place in accordance with the supporting documentation, specifications . Construction and closeout: Install Parking Lot Solar lights per the approved and finalized photometric plan. It is the expectation that solar lights will be installed within 150 days of acceptance of a design for a task order. Provide Test Reports of the measured Illumination levels and closeout warranty documents. Demonstrate proper operation to the owner, correct deficiency and adjust as directed by the Precinct representatives. DESCRIPTION Include detailed survey and analysis of the existing lighting conditions in the project area. Provide turnkey proposal solution to include the design, illumination study report, furnishing, and installation of the solar-powered light-emitting diode (LED) luminaire assemblies. The luminaire assemblies shall be designed to provide efficient and effective illumination for pedestrian pathways, parking lots, roads, and other park areas, while also being energyefficient and environmentally sustainable. The objective includes - A. Provide solar-powered LED roadway luminaires with all necessary components, including solar panels, batteries, LED light fixtures, foundation, mounting hardware, and control systems. B. Install and configure the luminaires as per the approved layout, ensuring proper alignment, functionality, and aesthetic integration into the park environment. C. Perform testing and commissioning of the solar-powered LED roadway luminaires to ensure compliance with performance standards.
